Job description

The Agile Lead will be part of the Global PIM (Product Information Management) team of experts that will support the transformation, delivery and smooth operations of digital product attribution. The position requires an individual with leadership experience - someone who can implement progressive project management practices, supporting the project team to succeed, within the framework of a globally integrated environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recent and relevant project management with minimum of 2+ years of experience in RETAIL, E-Commerce, PIM software implementation.
  • Аt least 3 years of Agile Project Management experience and at least 1 complex or full life-cycle implementation, preferably implementations with a global footprint.
  • PIM (Product Information Management) software implementation experience is required. Informatica P360 specific skills are preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to comfortably dive into any area of the business, develop a deep understanding of business needs, and shape execution plans.
  • Good understanding of business process, managing complex digital integration projects especially Ecommerce and Omni channel implementations.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, leadership, problem solving and influencing skills are required along with having sensitivity to the multi-cultural characteristics of a global IT organization;

Key requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in IT or related field, with specific experience managing medium to large implementation projects.
  • Working knowledge and experience in the design, configuration, development, testing and implementation of ERP.
  • Business process knowledge in Product Information Management, (preferably in large scale Manufacturing or Consumer Products companies).
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach, (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative problem-solving skills, ability to listen to and understand needs across diverse stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certifications - PMP, Prince 2, Agile (Scrum)
  • Working knowledge and experience in the design, configuration, development, testing and implementation of SAP technologies, preferably across multiple geographic locations
  • Knowledge/ experience integrating SAP with non-SAP technologies
  • Knowledge of the latest SAP Products portfolio and it's roadmap
  • Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
