Our team is looking for a professional that will:
- Deep dive into a variety of IT-related projects
- Consult, impact, and support the career choices of candidates, as well as aim for the optimal growth of our business clients
- Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
- Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
- Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs
- Recruitment of Regular, Senior, and Executive roles
- Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
- Tailor proactive recruiting strategies
- Share knowledge and mentor other colleagues
